I have the book "Carroll/Grayson Marriages" by John Perry Alderman. It contains Grayson County marriages for years 1793-1852. There is only one Privett in the book and that's Amos as a surety. The marriage was for Lewis Hines and Elizabeth Cotney. Sorry I couldn't help you. Hi Julia, Could you please do a look-up in your "Carroll/Grayson Marriages" of a marriage between George Jones and Prudence Keith on 31Dec. 1803.
