Does anyone know who the parents were of Harold Wayne Sharp Sr. in the obituary below that appears in today's Galax Gazette online? I have a Harold W. Sharp in my files, s/o Conley W. and Sylvia A. Sharp, and I am wondering if this is the same Harold. Any help would be appreciated. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Sharp of Galax; two daughters, Patsy Leonard and Joann Mello, both of Galax; a son, Harold Wayne Sharp Jr., of Galax; a brother, Joseph Sharp of Galax; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A private funeral will be handled by the family. Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home is serving the family.
