He and his family migrated from Grayson Co VA to Tazewell Co VA and then to Worth Co MO in the late 1880's. His wife, Rutha Phipps, is buried in MO but he, apparently, is not buried next to her or his children. The family members are buried in Greenridge Cemetery and Freeland Cemetery in MO. One family member believes that Jesse Minetree Porter was brought back and buried in Grayson Co VA. Any help would be appreciated.
