Tracy Court Orders 1826-1832 pg 17 April 1826 Ordered that the overseers of the poor bind Uriah Hiatt an orphan to Enoch Moore according to law. pg 41 Aug 1826 Ordered that the overseers of the poor bind Benjamin Bond a poor child in this county to Joshua Nester as the law directs. pg 47 Sept 1826 Ordered that the overseers of the poor bind John South a poor child in this county to David Garrison as the law directs. pg 51 Oct 1826 Ordered that the overseers of the poor bind Meredith Vaughn a poor child in this county to Spotswood Jones as the law directs. pg 67 Feb 1827 Ordered that the overseers of the poor bind James Simcock, son of John, to Joshua Stoneman as the law directs. pg 67 Feb 1827 Ordered that the overseers of the poor bind Adam Pucket (?) son of Penney Puckett to John Pucket Jr as the law directs. pg. 92 July 1827 Ordered that the overseers of the poor bind Malinda Woods, a child of Sally Woods to Joshua Cox as the law directs, and James Woods another child of the said Sally Woods to Thomas Baldwin Esq as the law directs. pg 116 Nov 1827 Ordered that the overseers of the poor bind Elney Evans a poor girl to John Cox as the law directs pg 119 Dec 1827 Ordered that the overseers of the poor bind James Pinion a poor boy to George W. CLoud as the law directs. pg 119 Dec 1827 Ordered that overseers of the poor bind Polly Griffee (? Griffen) and Peter Griffe poor children of Mary Griffee to Joshua Hanks Sen as the law directs. BK 13 Sept 22 1856 pg 266 On the petition of Talitha Bedwell it is ordered that she be permitted to bind her son Felix Bedwell, (who is now the age of 14) to Morville Thomas until he attains the age of 21 yrs. 1819-1825 pg 3 May Term 1819 Ordered that the overseers of the poor bind Andrew Farmer a poor child in the county to Alexander Cox as the law directs.
