Would anyone know the parents of the following lady?: Hand Alma Lucy Anderson Hand, age 88, of Damascus, died Sunday, June 10, 2001 in Grace Healthcare in Abingdon. Mrs. Hand was a native of Grayson County and had lived in Damascus most of her life. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and was preceded in death by two sons, Paul Hand and Luther Hand. She was the widow of Tom Hand. Surviving are one daughter, Gladys Louise Bigham, Damascus; one brother, Dewey Anderson, Damascus; one half-brother, John Anderson, Bristol; two daughters-n-law, Janice Deane Dugger Hand, Damascus, and Willie Maxwell Hand, Laurel Bloomery, Tenn.; four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services were conducted Tuesday, June 12, at 11 a.m. at the Sunset Memorial Park in Damascus with Mr. Bill Reece, minister, officiating. Johnson Funeral Home in Damascus was in charge of arrangements.
