John Swindle married Hannah Weaver. Their son was John Swindle Jr. I have found documentation which states John Jr. lived in Ashe Co NC, but later died in Grayson Co., VA. He died: 1853, age 77 yrs. He had the following children: 1. Ruth who married James Rector in Grayson Co., VA 2. Lucy who married Dr. Stephen L. Landreth, Jr in Ashe Co. 3. Elizabeth 4. James 5.
