The Virginian-Pilot; :Jan 20, 2007; :Hampton Roads; :18 Mabel Vincent VIRGINIA BEACH - Mabel Vincent, 80, passed away Thursday, Jan. 18, 2007. Born in West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Ancil and Rosa Overbay. Mabel was a member of Bluefield Virginia Church of God. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Esther Burton. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her two brothers, David Overbay and his wife Jan of Virginia Beach and James Overbay and his wife Joyce of Princeton, W.Va.; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton, W.Va., with the Rev. Tony Ellis officiating.
