Margaret Corine Phipps married - according to her obituary - "Pell Bower". Pell Bower is not listed in the Ashe Co. Cem records - so I looked at the Bower's that were from Jefferson, NC and found two possible men. One was George P. Bower b 1917 the other was O. P. Bower b 1915. According to the ashe Cem. record, O. P was Onley Paul. George P. was not listed - must have passed away after the book was printed. Can anyone tell me who Margaret married?
