Va. born cira 1784, died 1865 Whitley Co.Ky. Father unknown for sure, His wife as least one of them was called Elizabeth. They moved from Grayson Wythe, VA. and Ashe Co. NC. to Knox and Whitley Co. Ky. The Children were: (1) Manoah(Noah) Taylor born Jan.24,1823 died Sept.27,1888. (2)Ruth Taylor born1823 died 1901 (3)(son)1826-1930 (4)(son)1826-1830 (5)Elizabeth Ann Taylor born abt.1824 (6) Patsy Taylor born 1827 (7) Nancy (Polly) Taylor born about 1832 married Eli Mitchell in July 1,1852 (my line) This Edward Taylor was in Court in 1812 for stealing horses and was found innocent of all charges.He owned and sold land in Ashe Co.
