Does Gloucester hava a source births during this time period that survived the Civil War? If in a neighbouring Virginia County is there also a specific data source, or would I have to locate the individual church wards to locate this information. He appears in Gloucester on the Federal Census as early as 1830. Thank you, at this point I am grasping for straws...Stephen
