I was looking at the Gloucester site the other night and found that someone had posted that one of my great grandmothers was the daughter of Smith Horseley and Elizabeth Riley I believe. Please can someone confirm this and where did this info come from. Anxious to hear if this is really true. Pat Scherzinger.

Pat: I wish you were more specific on where you saw this information. But the "Marriages of Gloucester Co.," book says Smith Horseley married Elizabeth Horseley, March 17, 1859. He was 25 years, farmer, and son of John and Mary Riley Horseley. She was 24 years and the daughter of Kininham and Elizabeth Fendly Horseley. Jane Goodsell, CC Gloucester VaGenWeb
