I did a search on Ancestry.com NY Census records and it listed some VEST entries for the 1790, 1800 and 1810 US Census data from New York, presumably could have been relations. If you have access to Ancestry.com or Census CDs from these years, you might have a little luck. I no longer have a subscription so I can't see the entries, so no garantees on what you'll find.
