Wiatt in March 1821. I have her mother to be Hannah Montague. I am curious about the Campbell name origin. Dr. Wiatt and Louisa were associated with Ebenezer Baptist Church of Gloucester. It began as a Campbellite Church started by Peter Ainsley I. A John Stubbs followed as the second pastor about 1830. Philip Taliaferro, Gloucester Commissioner of Revenue and a Campbellite, was the third pastor. They were called Reformed Baptist and Disciples of Christ before Ebenezer became a normal Baptist church. The early Ebenezer Church was associated with Alexander Campbell. This is Bapist history that is generally covered over. Was Hannah a Campbell or was Louisa named for an important church movement?
