John Michael Price baptized in Roman Catholic Church in Offenbach, Germany 10-9-1718 and died Montgomery Co., between July and October 1802. His wife was named Margaretha Killian born 1721 Rheinland, Pfaltz, Germany d/o Andreas Killian who immigrated to Philadelphia 23 Sept 1732. She was mentioned in his will, "I give my son-in-law Michael Price, husband of my daughter Margaret, one shilling sterling." The book Increase in Prices by Anne Hayden(Price) Yates and W.Conway Price Ph.D, says that in Outlines of Montgomery County Families by H.L. Price wrote that the first tract of land acquired by purchase in the present Montgomery Co was deeded to Philip Harless and Michael Price and consisted of 600 ac more or less on lower Tom's Creek.
