Hi ... If there is German/Austrian/Swiss blood in your ancestors, then I would concentrate on a surname in the direction of "Kieke". "IE" is always pronounced a long "EE". In fact, "Kieke" is a good German last name. There are over 250 telephone entries in Germany alone. Of course, who knows what the name was changed to once it got over here.
