I am brand new to this list, and wonder if anyone can help me find a book that is supposed to contain some information on my family tree. I was told that there is a book about local history from the Montgomery County or Giles County area of Virginia, with a segment in it about the Lucas family. Evidently the family of Thomas Lucas and Hannah Hale Lucas is outlined, and in it there is supposed to be some reference to them having a son named William Lucas. Does this "ring a bell" for anyone?
