I lived in the Maybroke area of Giles when I was born til the time I was 18years old. There is a creek that runs through Maybroke that is called Sinking Creek. I was told that it was called that because at points of the creek it goes under ground (sinks under). I also wanted to tell you I believe the area you are talking about is named Criag not Graig. -----Original Message----- From: Kushner <[email protected]> To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Date: Saturday, May 01, 1999 1:53 AM Subject: Sinking Creek VA >I'm researching KARR, WEBB and TAYLOR in Sinking Creek, Graig, VA.
