Laura, I've been giving this some thought, and finally reached the opinion that it's perfectly normal to list available books from B&N that would be of interest to researchers in Princess Anne, and include a link to a B&N webpage. The introduction of monetary compensation DOES taint this somewhat with a commercial flavor, regardless of who enjoys use of the funds. VAGenWeb is not rootsweb.com, and rootsweb.com is not VAGenWeb. I would be more comfortable without such an arrangement on any VAGenWeb site. I'd recommend creating and linking to a personal webpage which does the same thing. I haven't "heard" any other opinions on this subject ... (| oo |) Freddie S.
