I know of no plans for a Project-wide election on the various amendments to the bylaws spawned by the seemingy endless controversy resulting from the delinking of the "second" Archives Project pages ... My impression is that any vote within VAGenWeb would be advisory in nature for our Regional Representative to the Advisory Board, and perhaps after some action by them, there might be a vote on an amendment.
