Miley (1812-1892); and descended to Mary Miley Pifer and husband George Washington Pifer (1833-1917); then to son Elijah Pifer (1878-1959) and wife Emma Elizabeth Sale Pifer (1882-1965), before being sold outside the family in 1963. Of particular interest are early photographs and images of the house and setting, and its occupants, as well as any documents, letters, or recollections of the property.
