Do you have a copy of their originial marriage bond ? The compiled index of VA census 1820 has listed in Frederick Co. VA--Martin Bowen, no Morton Bowen listed. The only Bourn living in Frederick Co. VA for 1820 was a William. I only a few notes dealing with the Bowen family, they married into my Sowers family. Good luck with your research.
