His will dated 21 Dec 1758 probated 5 Jun 1759, mentioned a wife Jane, son George, son Joseph (the younger), daughter Mary, two youngest daughters: Katherine & Jane and also devised 3 pounds to be used for the building of Quaker Meeting House in the area.
