Most records in that book are after 1792. In "Frederick County Marriages" by Vogt & Kethley p. 73 Davis, Gary & ---- Peck, 2 Apr 1787, minister Alexander Balmain. You might find some info in Rev. Balmain's church, etc. He was an Episcopal minister. Microfilm exists at the Virginia State Library on the marriage records in Richmond.
