In 1870, he is also residing in Winchester, but is married to "Fannie", and has two children. In 1880, he is in Stonewall Twsp, still married to Fanny, with 6 children. In 1880 and in 1885 (In Frederick Co), he has other children, while still married to Fanny. Is there a marriage book published for Frederick Co that covers about 1866? If not, is there anyone who lives in Winchester, that would go to the Courthouse and check for a marriage between Franklin Henry and Frances Unknown about 1866, and also a marriage after 1885, between Frances Unknown Henry and a Mr. Jeffries.
