Rankins on 20 Feb 1797. 2. named son Wm. 3. named as daughter Pheoby INGLE, her marriage I can find in early Frederick Co. VA Marriage Records 4. named as daughter Elizabeth MARSH, her marriage record could be implete in Vogt's book. He list the marriage between Elizabeth Likens & Henry M.......? (not fill out) on 29 Dec 1792. She also names as nephews & nieces: Wm. Rankins, Samuel Rankins, Nancy Rankins, Maria Rankins & Rebecca Lock.
