Today when I typed in the Handley Library address I got a page with a "BIG EYEBALL" and a couple of lines, one of which said "HacKEd by Triad" and another line "nothing he was excluded, only its index was modified". Unfortunately this appears to be true. However, the site is completely off-line how. I assume the library folks are trying to fix. NO way to tell how long it may take.
