He moved sometime in possibly to VA/WV in the Ritchie County, VA/WV area. He married Elizabeth Nutter of Ritchie County,VA/WV in 1849 and lived there till his death in 1875 in Ritchie County, WV. His children were Lafayette, Soitha, Sophrona and Isabell, Mary Jane and Charles Bickerstaff. Alexander Bickerstaff possibly had brothers--Nathan and George. I do know that his grandfather was in the Revolutionary War and moved to Beaver Falls, PA after the war. I am trying to find his parents names and his siblings names.
