Author: PrintzD5 Surnames: Printz Classification: cemetery Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.virginia.counties.frederick/2775.2/mb.ashx Message Board Post: I am trying to find out if there is any record of where Henry Printz is buried. I wonder if it was on the land he owned or in a cemetery. If anyone can help me on this, I would appriciate this. Also, his son Michael is another one I am interested in knowing where he is buried. I have the book, 'Henry Printz of Winchester, Virginia' and the author Leallah Franklin seems to have correct history. Thank you, Donna Printz Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. This is very simple to do when you select the message board link and then select reply. In the subject box you could add the SURNAME and other information after the Re: 1738-1850 marriages which appears automatically. If my suggestion is confusing, please email me directly at pam@lampinc.com and I will try to better explain what I am suggesting. 1. [VAFREDER] Suggestion for More Efficient Time Management
    2. All, I, like the rest of you have received dozens of emails in the last few days with the same subject "Frederick County Marriages 1771-1825". I would like to suggest that all stop using non-discriptive subject lines. Instead I suggest that the sender take a moment, put a meaningful subject on the email that reflects the content of the email. If it has to do with a specific name, put that in the subject line. This way the sender will have a better chance reaching those who are interested in the content and decrease the time requirements on the rest of us. Thanks for your consideration. My ancestor James Polk Amick was the son of Jacob and Tacy Anderson Amick of the Back Creek Settlement. When Tacy died, James Polk went to live with Tacy's sister Charity Anderson Hicks. In the 1850 Frederick census, James Polk is listed under Eli and Charity Hicks as "James P. Bushrod Amick". Just wondering. Also, do you have any other listings for Amick? Thank-you for your time!!!
