Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/gAC.2ACE/2686.18.1.1 Message Board Post: No, I do not have Samuel Sample in my personal data bank. The reason I did the posting was for people looking for the maiden name of Nancy SAMPLE. The 1810 Census Index list a Samuel & Joseph Sample as living in Frederick Co. VA. There seems to be a lot of that surname in Accomack Co. VA. There was a Samuel Sample who died in Frederick Co. VA by 3 Jan 1803. His administer report listed in my Frederick Co. VA Will Book 1-9 years of 1743-1816. He had 500a of land. So my guess would be you can find him among the lands deeds for this county. I do not know how or if he was the father or grandfather of the Samuel Sample you seek. Good luck with your research.
