He mentioned a wife (not by name); Sons Thomas, John; Daughters Sarah, Judith, Nancy Fowler; Grandsons Samuel & James' Executors: son John, daughters Sarah and Judith; Witnesses: John Lynch, Christopher Johnson, William Johnson; Recorded July 24. 1775 [Bedford Co. VA Will Book 1, p. 235, searched by Ann Chilton, 1988] One Samuel Goode was deceased prior to Oct. 11, 1811, which date was recorded for inventory & appraisement of his estate. Total value 85 pounds 18 shillings.Signed by Jacob Rinehart, George Doneahowere(sic), Hannah Good(sic) Administratrix. [Franklin Co.
