My ancestors were Wiley Cooper, b. abt 18 who md Margart Price on Jan 29, 1855 in Kanawah Co, VA/WV. The marraige records says his parents were Elisha and Mary Cooper and that he was born in Franklin Co, VA. If anyone has any info on this family, please email me, Thank you, Gracie
