I finally found Thorp Parrott's fathers name. By 1790 both are listed on the Franklin County Tax list. Parrott the Sum of Seven pounds Ten shillings for his Son Thorp Parrotts Legacy left him by Ja's. Martin Deceased Jesse Cogbill, Sept 7, 1783 Thorp Parrott has Credit by Nath'l.
