That is a good Question?? As far as I know, it is in Franklin County, most areas, though parts may be considered in Henry County. I guess it depends on which part you are looking at. My husband is racing today, so I can't ask him. He will be home later this evening, if anyone can answer this question he can and I will post whatever information he gives me.
