Harold, Snow Creek is not a town, I am not sure what to clarify it as, but if you are on US SR 220 near the Rocky Mount exit and you see the 619 Minute Market, you turn on to 619 RR and you are in Snow Creek. You will have to have more specific directions to locate the home as Snow Creek is country living at it's best. I use to live at the foot of Turkey Cot (sp) mountain in Snow Creek and you can quite easily get lost in that area if unfamiliar with its landmarks. Hope this helps. If you can give more specific landmarks . . .Was it near Grindstaffs general store? etc, Snow Creek Elementary (ex)?I can find it on my map and destinations locator. Be more specific. My ancestors are also from Snow Creek and since it is not on the map, in my database I have it in Franklin County some of the time and Henry County other times. Can you clear up for me exactly which county it is in, or is it an area on the county line???
