William Terry Scott b. 3/8/1819 in Franklin county, Va. d. 3/5/1903 in F.C. he was the son of : Michael W. Scott b. about 1800 d. 7/11/1880 in F.C. and 1st wife Nancy Pyrtle. They married 11/21/1818 in F.C. Michael W. Scott later married Sarah K. Stegall on 10/19/1839. William Terry Scott married Mary Ann Lavinder on 11/28/1838 in F.c. Mary Ann Lavinder b. 3/19/1820 d. 8/20/1909 in F.C., she was the d/o of Chilton Lavinder and his 1st wife Mary Elizabeth Ashinhurst.
