I'm so embarrassed!!! Forgive me folks - I originally sent this message out with the county shown as Floyd County, Virignia. I need a researcher in FRANKLIN COUNTY VIRIGNIA. FORGIVE ME! I am looking for someone to search records in Franklin County for me for one of my ancestors , Isom Rigney - who I believe was married to an Elizabeth Rigney. Records are from late 1700's to early 1800's - and then I believe Isom dies. Is there anyone out there who can suggest a reliable researcher to me? Thanks in advance Dusty SMith
