I am looking for any information regarding Smith L. or Lewis Morris, married to Phoebe Pearson on Nov. 6, 1834. In 1850 they were living in Franklin County with their children. I have a family Bible that lists their births, deaths and marriage. Smith died on April 20, 1858, presumably in Franklin Co. Could someone tell me how to inquire about a marriage record in the county? Also, are their listings of burials in cemetaries? If someone has such a listing, could you please look for Smith? I know that Phoebe moved the children to TN after Smith's death and she died in 1899. Thank you for any help. Catherine

I looked for both marriage and burial of Smith Lewis Morris and did not find them in Franklin Co.
