Here's another twist on Robert Law. Robert Law, s/o Ransom and Nancy, age 19, m. 9-10-1866 to Elizabeth Maynor. Robert L. Law, s/o Ransom and Nancy, age 23, m. 6-1-1870 to Mary A. Young. Maybe Robert Law and Elizabeth Manor were divorced. This would explain why she was not living with him on the 1870 Census. Sorry, I don't have the 1880 Census.
