Does anyone have access to the "Franklin Co, Va. Wills 1786-1812"? Supposedly on pgs 30, 58, & 65 there are references to Oct 3, 1803 debts collected by Bailey Carter. I would like to know what they are referring to. Any help would be appreciated. thanks, Kathy Wells.
