He is listed on page 241 of the book in the following way: Pugh, Clark W.: Enl. 14 March 1862; (32) Company "A" was organized in Floyd County, VA 28 April 1860; was enrolled for service at Floyd Courthouse, Floyd County, VA 14 May 1861; was mustered into service 16 May 1861 for one year; and was reorganized 10 May 1862.
