    1. [VAFRANKL] Charles Thomas m. Judy Patterson and dau. Mary Polly Thomas
    2. Kathleen and Robert Thomas
    3. Hello Carolyn, I am working on my Bedford County Thomas line. I am following a lead on a John Thomas that came to Bedford County, VA between 1762 and 1766 from Amelia Co., VA. It appears that he was married to Elizabeth Skarrett and they had a son named Charles Thomas both of whom are mentioned in the Will of John Skarrett in 1773. My 3rd Great grandfather, Nixon Thomas, married Mary Jane Patterson and one of his brothers married one of her sisters (they were daughters of William C. Patterson). Also the John Maynard Thomas line you mentioned below are 1st cousins to my family. Anyway, could you send me whatever you know about your Charles Thomas m. Judy Patterson and Mary "Polly" Thomas? Thanks, Bobby Thomas, Wake Forest, NC -----Original Message----- >From: Carolyn Bruce <cdhbruce@cox.net> >Sent: Oct 11, 2007 6:25 PM >To: vafrankl@rootsweb.com >Subject: Re: [VAFRANKL] Looking for males named BRUCE, HALE, SMITH, RAKES, PETERS... > >Interesting, Priscilla, I have cousins with the surnames EDWARDS, POWELL, >and THOMAS, the last being one of my ancestral names as well.
