Kathe, I show a William H. Booth b. 1858, Union Hall, Franklin Co., VA. This was a brother to my ggrandmother. My gggrandfather was William B. Booth, b. 1821, married Fannie Witcher. I don't see any of the other names that you've mentioned below. Penhook and Union Hall are near the lake, and fairly close to the Halesford area.
