Hello listers, I just received a copy of a Marriage License from Franklin Co. Va. It's from 1902. And it says the male getting married (my gGrandfather), was living in Indian Territory. (He was actually Malaysian/Chinese) So my question is... were there Indian territories in Franklin Co back then? Or do you think he lived in another county? Also, are there any resources for researching his family, now that I know his parents names? Any Indian census info?
