I am new to this list, and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a good source of information about cemeteries, libraries, etc. in Franklin County. We are taking a family vacation to VA in July, and I'm using a couple of days for genealogy research in Franklin Co. I would like to find out as much as I can beforehand so I can maximize my time there. Specifically, I'm researching the ANGLE surname. I descend from Peter Angle through his son John Angle and wife Frances, then through their son Daniel Angle and his second wife, Mary Abigail Willis. (Their son Charles Henry was my great-grandfather.) Can anyone tell me where there are cemeteries that include the Angle surname? It has been a long time since I've been to Franklin Co., so any directions would be welcomed as well. I don't have much information about my Angle line, other than names I've gotten from marriage records and birth and death certificates. I don't have names of siblings, either.
