"Franklin County in the Civil War", a book detailing the service records of Franklin County soldiers and sailors, is available in a limited edition. This book will also contain letters, newspaper clippings and information about families that received assistance. The information has been taken from microfilm, newspapers and documents in the court house and the State Archives. It will be spiral-bound, 300+ pages.
