Dear Floyd, Franklin and Patrick Counties, VA mailing lists: I really do need your help and input. First, even if you are just "thinking" about coming to the picnic, please let Barb S. know really, really soon. I truly hope that a lot of you all on the mailing lists will decide to come. We do not have that many replies from you as yet. And if something comes up at the last minute and you cannot be there, that's O.K. I would lots rather err on the side of planning for too many, than not enough. One very important reason I need these numbers is: I need to decide about how many of the story booklets to have printed. You know, we don't want too many nor do we want "not enough". I just know that this will be a memorable occasion for all of us ( as all of the picnics are), but in order for it to be a success we need to have a good crowd there. So, please, put on your "traveling thinking caps" and let us know. Please email Barb S. privately @ [email protected] - also, one other thing, Carolyn's booklet deadline is April 29th for stories. Mine is absolutely nothing spectacular, in fact it's rather pitiful, so please don't be shy. If you all will please reply to Barb S. and Carolyn, I promise to do my very best not to bother you on the lists on this subject unless it is absolutely necessary.
