Hey all, Are any of you Shooting and Runnet Bag Creek people familiar with any Graley, Trail, or Terry persons from ca. 1800-1860? These are my groups in that area. John Terry (b. Buckingham Co., ca. 1790) came to the area (ca.1830?) and married Nancy Graley (b. 1815). He was a blacksmith and miller (according to the census) and died in the 1860s. He was a lot older than she was. She moved with her children to Monroe Co. after he died, where they were living in 1870. I think he may have been the son of a Joseph Terry, Rev.War vet, but I have no documentation. I'm fairly certain she was the daughter of James Graley and Sarah Trail. I really need information other than census data, such as deeds and such, that might give me clues or specific facts that I cannot find elsewhere. Any information would be appreciated. Charles
