Hi Shirley. Hope these little clues help. I am working on the other Dickerson family in Franklin, Bedford, and maybe Pittsylvania Counties. I have a brick wall too in making the connection from William Dickerson (born abt 1768 and married Rosanna Jordan and Franky Mays) to his father (possibly Griffith Dickerson).
