Suzy, ELIMINATE the underscores before and after the URL. That's the trick. Sometimes they appear with parentheses in these emails (done upon sending the email not before)...Same goes. You need the whole thing (not half). Address should start with "http" and end with "I12882". Copy and paste, then get rid of the underscores if you can't copy and paste without them.
