Hi Don, No Dickensons there. Just to clarify things, I'm looking at the 2 cemetery books from the historical society. One has people grouped by cemetery, the other one has them in alphabetical order. John doesn't show up in either one. Also, the Pigg River Cemetery has 2 section, new and old. There are probably a lot of unmarked graves in the old section, I don't know where we'd find those records. If this is the church I'm thinking of, it is a Dunkard church and they have great records. In fact, someone made a book of the births & deaths from their monthly magazine the "Vindicator". Unfortunately, your deaths probably pre-date the Vindicator. Maybe somebody will know if there are any records from this church somewhere.
